PathFinder Group works with small to medium size family businesses to accelerate sustainable growth in pursuit of their American Dream. We do that through growth and exit planning intended to produce predictable cash flow, predictable profits and increased equity leading to expanded transition options for the owner.

Our team are all senior level executives, most of whom have been entrepreneurs or served in the C-suite themselves.

A life long learner I came to Tampa from the PGH area in 1985 with my young family. When we enrolled our boys in school I enrolled at the University of Tampa MBA program. Bernadette continued her banking career and we made a nice life as Tampa grew up around us.

We continue to serve the community through Rotary and service on non profit boards trying to make Tampa a little better.

When not mired in business related activities I've pushed myself outside my comfort zone by learning to fly fish, brew beer, raise bees and bake a little sourdough. If you stop by we'll likely serve you honey drenched country bread washed down with an IPA.
