Many of these sales are to private equity firms whereby the founders “roll over” approximately 20% percent of their equity into the continuing entity. These transactions have ranged from $50M to $500M. During his career, he has been involved in 100+ transactions ranging up to $5-billion in value.
His career experience includes running companies, and wearing different hats given the varying needs of a situation.
