International Succession Planning Association® (ISPA®) provides education, tools, and professional development resources for advisors who help business owners navigate succession planning. ISPA® supports CPAs, attorneys, financial advisors, consultants, coaches, and other professionals with practical frameworks such as the Succession Matrix®, the Succession Planning Assessment™ (SPA™), membership resources, and Certified Succession Planner™ (CSP®) training. Through its programs, ISPA® helps advisors identify planning gaps, guide stronger client conversations, and coordinate the personal, business, management, and family issues that affect continuity and long-term business value.

I support marketing, communications, and member engagement for the International Succession Planning Association® (ISPA®). My work focuses on helping share ISPA®’s education, resources, events, and tools with advisors who serve business-owner clients.
Through ISPA®, I help promote resources such as the Succession Matrix®, the Succession Planning Assessment™ (SPA™), Certified Succession Planner™ training, and advisor-focused content designed to support stronger succession planning conversations. I enjoy helping connect professionals with practical tools and information that can support their work with clients, families, and closely held businesses.
