I provide financial services based upon unique agreements with my clients. No corporate overhead, no fringe benefit expense. Typical arrangements involve my engagement as an independent contractor. Some of the key roles i play are as follows:
- An Interim CFO to fill the role of a full-time CFO following the departure of the previous CFO in mid-sized and larger companies.
- A part-time/fractional CFO to provide affordable financial leadership and expertise to support executives leading growing businesses, often
spending several days per week or month with a client.
- A project CFO providing financial expertise for a single, high-priority project like M&A transactions or other unique initiatives.

Tim is a graduate of Illinois State University and lettered in Football for three years. He is a CPA and is a former Audit Partner at KPMG. He has served as Chief Auditor for a fortune 50 organization and Chief Financial Officer of a number of small and midsize firms.
